I created Falzone Fitness to deliver a convenient, fun, educating way to achieve your personal goals by holding you accountable, motivating you and most importantly providing you with results. I truly care about delivering the best results possible and helping you surpass your fitness goals that you have been pushing back for so long.
PERSONAL TRAINING
A One-On-One 45 minute session with a Certified Personal Trainer. Performing a workout catered to your personal goals. With workout tips and pointers along the way.
GROUP TRAINING
Weekly Group Classes that range from 30-45 minutes
incorporating a mixture of exercises instructed by a
Certified Personal Trainer.
